Luau: A Hawaiian party or feast accompanied by entertainment.
Old Lahaina Luau, Front Street, Lahaina
Book your reservation well in advance if you want to attend Maui's only traditional Hawaiian Hula and Feast. In the authentic Hawaiian tradition native Hawaiian crafts and customs are demonstrated including the unearthing of the freshly roasted pig from the imu. This luau does not include a fire knife performance. "I like it because everyone in the show is actually HAWAIIAN..."
Feast at LeLe, 505 Front Street, Lahaina
Hands down my favorite Luau. Private seating with a four course meal, which includes your very own waiter or waitress and themed dishes. You will be served a themed dish from Hawaii, Samoa, Tahiti and Aotearoa. After each dish has been served, you can enjoy an enchanting native dance that represents each island.
Drums of the Pacific, Hyatt Regency Maui, Ka'anapali
Experience the songs and dances of different cultures - Hawaiian, Samoan, Tahitian, Fijian. Tongan and Maori. Buffet style dining. Great show but the seating arrangement is quite crowded and the food get cold very quickly.
Grand Luau at Honua'ula, Grand Wailea
The Grand Luau at Honua'ula takes us back to a time when mighty seafaring Polynesians discovered this land of Hawai'i, thereafter calling themselves Hawaiian. It touches upon the documented voyages of La'amaikahiki and Moikeha who first came to this sacred island we call Maui, specifically this area named Honua'ula. Honestly, I was greatly disappointed with the dinner and the show. If you are going to spend over $100 at the Grand Wailea Resort, I recommend a Sanctuary Package at the Spa Grande.
Te Au Moana, Wailea Beach Marriott
This is the best Luau on the south side of the island because the drinks are intoxicating, the show is wonderful and they use the ocean as a background and fresh leis to welcome you. Located the Marriott Wailea property next door to the Shops at Wailea.
Tihati, Sheraton Ka'anapali Resort
Ziplines: An inclined cable or rope with a suspended harness, pulley, or handle, down which a person slides for amusement
North Shore Canopy Tour
at Camp Maui, Haiku
I felt like I was back in the fourth grade a Camp Maui. We not only zip lined, we also did some running and climbing and scream and shouting. We had the funniest tour guides.
Skyline Eco Adventures Zipline
Haleakala & Ka'anapali
We had the funniest tour guides. This style of zip line requires you to place your middle three fingers inside of a caribeaner (d-clip) to hold on and keep your body upright. 8 Zips in all. Reach speeds of over 35 miles per hour.

Trilogy The Ultimate Seafari "In the footsteps of royalty"
The Seafari is an exciting way to experience Lana‘i as the Ali`i, or royalty, did over two hundred years ago. ‘King Kamehameha the Great’ chose the southern coast of Lana‘i as his summer retreat for the royal family. We will take you snorkeling in these pristine waters, only accessible by boat, where you can expect to see an abundance of tropical fish- a few of which are found nowhere else in the world. This destination will amaze you both above and below water as you are surrounded by some of the highest sea-cliffs in the world. After snorkeling, soak in this magestic view aboard the boat while enjoying our signature BBQ lunch, cooked by your Captain. Next, we will dock at Manele Harbor and proceed on an air-conditioned driving tour of the island guided by a locally-born tour guide. The island of Lana‘i is rich in its local history, and what better way to learn about this island than from a local resident. On the sail home, enjoy another tasty deli snack, cold beverages, and locally made ice-cream while gliding across the exciting waters between Maui and Lana‘i. The main difference between Discover Lana‘i and the Lana‘i Seafari is that snorkeling on the Seafari takes place from the boat instead of the beach. As part of Trilogy’s initial agreement with Lana‘i (established over 40 years ago), we do not go to Hulopo‘e Beach on the weekends or Holidays so as to leave that area available to the residents of the island.
